For the first few months of 2026, we’ve been focusing on releasing AI that actually works for the shop floor and upgrading your user experience.
We’ve introduced groundbreaking L2L Execution AI to help your team know exactly what to do next. We’ve also enhanced the Dispatch experience for users, making it faster to navigate and easier to surface critical data.
From flexible document sharing across global sites to the launch of our new Execution AI Solvers, these updates are designed to eliminate information silos and drive immediate results on the shop floor.
Let’s take a look at what we introduced in Q1 2026.
L2L Execution AI
In case you missed it, we released our groundbreaking Execution AI and six pre-configured Solvers this quarter!
Traditional Systems of Record tell you what happened yesterday. But on the shop floor, you need a System of Action that tells you exactly what to do now.
L2L Execution AI transforms your shop floor. It moves beyond passive data analysis to deliver immediate, actionable suggestions. While your data tells you what happened, Execution AI tells you exactly what to do next.

Dispatch Enhancements and Updates
Never Miss an Update with Dispatch Watch
In the past, technicians and managers would often have to manually check Dispatch details for updates, leading to wasted time and potential delays.
Now, you can stay in the loop with our new Watch feature. Receive real-time status updates directly in your Notification Center, or wherever else you receive updates, like email, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams. You’ll be automatically added to the watch list if a Dispatch is assigned to you.
What’s the benefit?
- Instant Notifications: Get alerted the second a status moves from New to Work In Progress.
- Assignment Updates: Know immediately when team members are added or changed.
Total Control: Click "Unwatch" at any time to stop receiving notifications for a specific dispatch.
New & Improved Dispatch Filtering
Speed is the currency of the shop floor. Scrolling through irrelevant dispatches prevents your team from solving the most critical problems.
We’ve overhauled the Dispatch Portal filters to help you isolate exactly what you need in seconds, so your team can spend less time searching and more time solving.
Here’s What’s New:
- Sort and Filter by Impact: Impact can now be displayed directly on the portal. Sorting by Impact surfaces the most critical issues to ensure they are prioritized.
- Machine-Type Isolation: Need to see every issue affecting your CNC mills or 3D printers at once? Instantly isolate Dispatches by equipment category, getting the right technicians to the right machines faster.
- Targeted Question Filter: Drill down by filtering Dispatches based on specific Dispatch Questions, ensuring that high-priority issues aren't buried under routine updates.
- Search Optimization: Experience faster results with a new default 30-day search window (adjustable by Admins to 60, 90, or no limit).
- A Refined, Intuitive Interface: Experience a cleaner, more intuitive UI that retains the same flexible power to save and reuse your custom filters.
Share Your View: Dispatch Portal Share Button
Aligning your team just got a whole lot simpler.
We’ve added a Share button directly to the Dispatch Portal, designed to take the guesswork out of collaboration.
- Instant Alignment: One click copies a unique URL to your clipboard that captures your exact filtered view, ready to be shared in an email, chat, or any other communication thread.
- Seamless Collaboration: Whether you're escalating a specific issue or reviewing a category of Dispatches during a shift handover, everyone stays on the same page without extra instructions.
- Streamlined Workflow: Simply share the link, and your team is instantly looking at the same data, ensuring faster decision-making.
Data Integrity: Mandatory Descriptions & Sub-Assets
Vague Dispatches leave responding teams guessing, leading to excessive back-and-forth.
Admins can now enforce higher data standards at the point of creation with two new settings:
- Require Description: Make the description field mandatory for specific Dispatch Types to ensure technicians arrive with full context.
- Require Sub-Asset: Use the new "Sub Asset must be selected to open a DISPATCH" toggle in configuration to ensure precision tracking for every ticket.
Intentional Actions: Checklist Dispatch Warning
With Checklist auto-save enabled, accidental typos or misclicks in a checklist can trigger "false alarm" Dispatches that clutter the portal.
Admins can now enable a confirmation warning in Document Settings that appears before a checklist response triggers a Dispatch.
- Catch Typos Early: If a technician accidentally types "100" instead of "10," they can correct the entry before an automated alert hits the floor.
- Finalize Before Launch: This acts as a vital safety net to ensure every Dispatch launched is intentional.
Flexible Document Sharing: Global Standards, Local Context
Information silos in multi-site operations make it difficult to ensure every location is using the same global SOP or manual within their Dispatches.
New sharing features give you total control over how knowledge moves across your entire organization, ensuring your best practices aren't locked away at a single site.
- Standardize Global SOPs: Manage enterprise-wide sharing directly within the Document Details page.
- Precision Sharing: Select specific sites that need access rather than an all-or-nothing approach. Whether it’s a global mandate or a regional update, you decide where the information lands.
- Site-Specific Filtering: Easily distinguish between local site files and documents shared by other locations. This keeps your local view clean and relevant while still providing a window into broader organizational knowledge.
Maintenance Enhancements and Updates
Optimized Maintenance: Event Shadowing for Cycle-Based PMs
Performing maintenance tasks in isolation leads to excessive downtime.
With Event Shadowing, you can easily coordinate related cycle-based PM tasks to streamline work into a single Dispatch.
For example, a 5,000-cycle intermediate service will automatically incorporate the 1,000-cycle basic task into one unified dispatch. This ensures all necessary work is captured in one place, eliminating redundant Dispatches and maximizing asset uptime.
Production Enhancements and Updates
Accurate Production Data with the Reallocation Tool
Surprise fire drills or unscheduled huddles pull teams off the floor, causing production data to stop reflecting reality.
To ensure your metrics stay as agile as your team, we’re introducing the Non-Production Time Reallocation Tool.
In the past, accounting for unpredictable shifts in the schedule often meant dealing with messy data or performing complex manual workarounds. This new tool changes that:
- Seamless Time Adjustment: Effortlessly reallocate planned production hours to non-production categories after the fact. If a 20-minute meeting ran long, you can now adjust the records to reflect exactly what happened on the floor.
- Flexible Event Handling: Stay agile when the unexpected happens. Whether it's unscheduled maintenance, a quick team huddle, or a building evacuation, you can quickly account for these shifts across multiple lines simultaneously.
- Actionable Reporting Accuracy: By ensuring your critical production metrics reflect real-world events, your data remains compliant, actionable, and trustworthy for future planning.
Sharper Metrics: Updates to Labor Efficiency
Scheduled breaks, meetings, or training sessions can unfairly penalize efficiency scores if they aren't manually accounted for via Dispatches.
We’ve refined how Labor Minutes are calculated to align with the real-world flow of the shop floor.
What’s Changing? The metric now uses Planned Non-Production Minutes instead of Planned Downtime Minutes.
This eliminates the need for manual Dispatches to account for non-production events, keeping your reporting accurate and reducing "busy work."
Your Labor Minutes calculation now looks like this:
Actual Labor Time - (Operator Count ⨉ Planned Non-Production Time)
Guides Enhancements and Updates
Flexible Sharing for Visual Guides
Consistency is the backbone of any world-class manufacturing operation. When you have the best way to perform a task, you want every technician across every site to follow it.
We’ve made it easier than ever to publish visual Guides and Work Instructions across your entire organization, ensuring that tribal knowledge becomes standardized practice.
- Flexible Integration via the Builder: Setting site-sharing permissions is now a seamless part of the creation process. You can manage which sites have access directly from within the Visual Instruction Builder, making it simple to push updates to Kansas City, Columbus, or Mexico City simultaneously.
- Embedded Workflow: Guides remain mobile-friendly and embedded directly within the Dispatch workflow.
- Site-Specific Control: You can now take advantage of visual work instructions on any or all of your Dispatch sites. By selecting specific sites during the publishing process, you ensure that only the relevant locations see the updated protocols.
