Dispatch Insights uses predefined prompts, or Lenses, to give you targeted answers about your equipment performance. Here are a few of the powerful Lenses available:

Auto-set trade for accurate Dispatch data

We've heard your feedback: Our default Trade system was costing you time and generating inaccurate data. We've fixed that!

You now have the power to set a default Trade on a Dispatch Type. 

This means that when you create a new Dispatch and select a specific Dispatch Type (like "Code Red"), the correct Trade will be set automatically. No more manual selection, and no more incorrect assignments!

This upgrade is a game-changer for streamlining your operations:

• Improve data accuracy: Setting a default Trade ensures your records are always precise, leading to better reporting and analysis.
• Save time and ensure correct assignments: Automatically dispatching to the correct person based on the issue type eliminates manual steps and ensures the right specialist is notified instantly.
• Reduce decision fatigue: No more pausing to select the right Trade every time a dispatch is created—the system handles it for you.

New Home Page for production roles

Production teams, say hello to your new, intuitive Home Page experience! Critical information is now available at a glance right when you log in, eliminating excessive clicking and hunting for key data. 

L2L Admins can easily enable this new Home Page for all production roles.

For operators: Streamlined production support

• Lines widget: Get immediate visibility into your production line status, standard work, and quick actions like submitting a Dispatch.
• Dispatch widget: Stay informed about issues affecting your production lines and take action when needed.
• Changeover Dispatch summary: See metrics around changeovers, including time taken and impact-to-availability, so you can improve the process.
• Audit summary: Ensure audits are taking place on time and address any outstanding issues. This widget is especially useful for Quality roles.

This quarter, we have released significant quality-of-life improvements for L2L Checklists, making them more intuitive for new technicians and more powerful for administrators.

Auto-save

No more forgetting to save your progress and having to re-enter information! Checklists now save automatically as you work through them.

Additionally, we’ve improved security and workflow by requiring user authentication before a checklist is accessed, rather than after. 

Admin Checklist management updates

For administrators, managing old checklists is now easier. We’re working on an enhancement to bulk close old checklists and prevent accidental re-opening of closed ones, bringing better clarity to your checklist data.

Smart Dispatch triggers

We've introduced smarter Dispatch triggers by allowing technicians to see exactly which Dispatches their checklist answers have created.

Improved workflow

We've made some powerful updates to help you work smarter and faster:

• Update error messages: Technicians now get messages that tell them exactly what to fix, making resolutions quick and accurate.
• Templates that help you: Our refreshed templates do a better job of guiding you to gather all the right information, so you don't miss a thing.
