Hall of Fame Criteria

As industrial work evolves, so does the ever-growing list of people who drive innovation and leadership, setting the pace for others to follow.

Among this group, there are those who have exemplified these traits and deserve to be recognized. For this reason, L2L is pleased to announce the creation of The Connected Workforce Hall of Fame.

Chosen from the best of the best, inductees into this prestigious group will have shown outstanding performance in one of three categories:

  • Innovation
    • These leaders have taken connected worker technology and applied it in unique and innovative ways that have produced exceptional results for their team, factory, and company.
  • Leadership
    • These leaders are recognized for their early adoption and vision of what the connected workforce could do for the Safety, Quality, and Efficiency of their teams, factory, and company. They have also inspired and led the efforts to make this happen.
  • Acceleration
    • These leaders will be recognized for their contributions and use of connected workforce technology to quickly elevate people, processes, and policies to meet the requirements of the rapidly changing world of manufacturing.
    • Each of these individuals deserves recognition and respect for their efforts to strengthen manufacturing, foster a safe and environmentally sound workplace, and ensure longevity and sustainment of good manufacturing practices for generations to come.
    • Please take a moment to consider someone you know who fits one or all of these criteria. Using the form below, send L2L that person's nomination with a brief explanation of why you believe they should receive induction into the Connected Workforce Hall of Fame.
