Over the next 27 years, he moved from the production line into maintenance and eventually into frontline leadership at Ball and Sonoco. Now an Operational Excellence Practitioner, Michael uses that hands-on experience to make sure new processes actually work for the people using them. He specializes in turning complex operational goals into common-sense solutions for the plant floor.
